Registering for baby bottles- Advice!

Hi ladies-

First time mama hither! I was wondering how I should register for baby bottles? I'thou registering at both Babies R United states of america and Amazon and likewise plan to predominately breastfeed start three months if possible. The brands I'm looking at are Avent, Dr. Browns and Tommee Tippie. Any advice would be amazing!

My little guy did swell with the avent natural bottles/nipples. He had no trouble switching back and forth between bottle and breast. I would recommend getting a few different types of bottles to see what your baby will like. As well, I didn't use any bottles for the showtime month or two as they say information technology'south best to allow your baby nurse on demand to institute your supply and regulate how much your body needs to brand...so you may not need bottles correct away.

My sister only had her infant in Oct and she currently breastfeeds and afterward a month or so did bottle breast milk also. I asked her what canteen and she said you may want to wait until subsequently the baby is built-in because every baby will reply to different bottles.

Deff annals for a couple unlike brands. Maybe register for single bottles instead of the whole prepare. I got 4 dissimilar brands. My son concluded up liking lansinoh mama which wasn't even one I got, it was a bottle I got as a sample from making my registry. Figures! Nosotros introduced the bottle at ane week quondam. Had no problems going back and forth with those.

Nosotros used avent for5-6 months and after she was older she actually preferred the cheapy from Walmart crazy I know. I wouldn't buy a whole bunch of any brand in detail considering you don't know what baby will prefer.

I wouldn't go overboard with one brand. Maybe register for one of each kind of bottle. My offset daughter was painful with bottles. I tried 15 dissimilar brands and she notwithstanding wouldn't take 1!! My 2nd was much less picky and would take any bottle. Just she preferred the Minbie (supposedly the closest resemblance to breast feeding). They didn't accept it out nonetheless with my first.

My best advice with bottles is to innovate them early on. I waited too long and wasn't persistent enough with my first. My 2d I introduced bottles subsequently 2 weeks ( but I had easy times breast feeding and my kids didn't have nipple confusion at all).

I recommend the playtex bottles. They accept such a multifariousness of nipples that you have plenty of options if you lot have a finicky baby.

If you're formula feeding, I recommend Dr. Dark-brown bottles. They're best for belly troubles.

I would register for a few singles to try then in one case you know the ones baby volition take purchase them. We went through nigh five-half dozen types before I finally society the como Tomo bottles and they were a god ship! Simply bottles he would even consider drinking

I am an infant room teacher at KinderCare learning center and a lot of my chest milk mothers said the easiest canteen for them was tommee tippiee that's what I am going with promise this helps !

I agree with nearly of the other mommas posting. Don't get too many of one brand because some babies are picky. We had three from Avent, one Tommee Tippie, and a couple other random ones to try with my daughter and she ended upwards liking all types, but some would fit her oral cavity better.

Yous can always get a bunch once babe picks his/her favorite!

Extra Tip - Get a couple bottle brushes! Even after baby is off the bottle they are Crawly for sippy cups, adult sized glasses and wine glasses!
